Mr. Bashir Ahmad Mir is a renowned social worker and philanthropist. He has been serving the Kashmir society for last 30  years and has been recognized and awarded by several local and national organizations throughout his career in the social sector.

Mr Naseer Ahmad Rather is renowned educationist, philanthropist and motivational speaker. He has a great contribution in re-admitting the drop out students who left formal schooling due to one reason or the other. He has been felicitated by several social and other organizations/departments. 

Mr Ghulam Ud Din Wani is a retired Accounts officer. He posses a vast experience in this field besides this he has remained a social worker from very young age. He is associated with this organization from a vey long time. He has acclaimed with Best Social Worker Award by this organization in 2017.

Mtr Mudasira Jan is one of the founders of Human Aid Society. She has been associated with organization from the very first day. She has a great contribution in reorganizing and teaching students who suffered from natural calamities.
