When I was Deputy Commissioner Baramulla, I always found Human Aid Society at fore front at every social welfare initiative. I found them as the most credible NGO and utilized its influence in various sensitive public relation matters. We used it as a bridge between administration and public.

[When the Human Aid Office was completely destroyed due to fire incident in December 2011 then He rehabilitated the office though he was transferred his successor Maj. Gen Mr Khandaria expressed that Sir Bipin Rawat has conveyed us to provide them every kind of support. We will provide computer for office and stationery for sponsor wards of Human Aid Society so that their work may not suffer.
